More Hello Kitty and New Sonic the Hedgehog Cupcakes

2 dozen Hello Kitty cupcakes: $40 ($20/dozen)
2 dozen Sonic the Hedgehog cupcakes: $60 ($30/dozen)

I made these for one of the nicest ladies I know here at work.  Her twin daughters are huge fans of Hello Kitty and Sonic the Hedgehog and this is what I came up with.

I just got a new Hello Kitty cookie cutter that came with a stencil, but I think it actually took me longer to use the stencil than just doing it freehand.  The outcome looks amazing, so I think the extra time it takes is totally worth it.

The Sonic the Hedgehog cupcakes came out great. I was really happy with it. It took me about 4 nights to complete all of this, but attention to detail is so important to me and the extra time is totally worth it.
